Mo-Peng Luo 羅漠芃

Jazz Trumpet Member of international Musicians Association, guest trumpet player of Chengdu Jazz Orchestra.Like most jazz musicians, he studied classical music since childhood. At the age of 15, he learned from Chinese jazz pianist and educator Zheng Yuxing, and began to embark on the road of jazz.Then he studied jazz with Rik Mol, who is a famous Dutch jazz musician.He studied jazz trumpet at Cincinnati Conservatory of music in the United States and studied with professor Scott Belck in the United States. During his stay in the United States, he participated in the blue note band directed by Marc fields, a famous American Jazz trombone player, and served as a trumpeter. In July, 2018, he was invited to Chengdu to perform the song “Absolutely” with Taiwan Province singer Li Shengjie.

In August 2019, he was invited by Sir Jin of Zhuhai to participate in the Jazz Festival and was instructed by teacher Tim lshii.

In November 2019, he was invited to participate in the Middle Eastern European National Music Week for exchange performance.

In October 2020, he was invited to participate in the original music sharing meeting of music producer Tan Yizhe. In the same year, he participated in the Shanghai Jazz Masters Competition and won the champion of the band competition.
