For twelve years virtuoso saxophonist, bandleader, producer and engineer Jeff Watkins toured the world with James Brown. Jeff played lead sax in his band THE SOUL GENERALS to standing ovations including Brown’s induction into the Rock ’n’ Roll Hall of Fame.

Jeff has also recorded with Mick Jagger, The Black Eyed Peas, Joss Stone, Damian Marley, Dave Stewart and his own band. He has appeared on The Dave Letterman show, Jay Leno, Conan, Regis and Cathy Lee, Jimmy Kimmel, The Today Show, Good Morning America and many others.

He is currently touring with THE NEW ORLEANS SUSPECTS, a collection of the best players in the city.
