Tran Dam An Phuc (Artist name An Tran) was born in 2004 in a musical family. Her father was the first Vietnamese student who received the scholarship from Berklee College Of Music in Boston. An Tran started to play piano when she was 5 years old, at the age of 8 she started to study the saxophone with her father, Tran Manh Tuan.

After 6 months of playing alto sax, she had a great opportunity to join her father in a live TV show ( 9 different channels), all over Vietnam called “Dau An”.

2012- She participated in Saigon Bigband and performed at the Ho Chi Minh Opera House and many concert hall.

2014- She was invited to perform with VNSO (VietNam Symphony Orchestra).Beside that, she was the youngest artist who had been invited to the game show on TV called “Nguoi Bi AN” to perform as a guest honor.

2015- She was invited to Asean One Jazz Festival in Thailand.

2016- She went to ISHCMC AAVN (international school of Ho Chi Minh city – American Academy). She was a special guest on TMT’s CD (Thang Cuoi).

2017- She was invited to perform for APEC VietNam 2017 (Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation) meeting, being the youngest artist for the event. She also got invited to perform on many different broadcast.

2018- She was invited to perform with great French guitarist Nguyen Le.

2019- She was invited to perform “We are Asean, We are one” ASEAN meeting at ThaiLand. She is now the first Vietnamese female saxophone player endorse for Pmauriat. She receive a scholarship from Idyllwild Arts School in United States of America.

An Tran is currently finishing her last two years at Berklee College of Music, where she received a full scholarship. She is focusing on Music Production & Engineering with a minor in Music Business for Live Music and serves as a student ambassador for Berklee.
