A: Yes! Most of our dealers have a supply of spare parts, and if they need something specific which they don't have in stock, we can usually get it to them immediately.
Q: Is the instrument guaranteed?
A: P.Mauriat has a limited warranty period of one year on all of our saxophones and accessories. Contact your P.Mauriat dealer regarding return authorization.
Q: Are custom colors or styles available?
A: Yes! Contact us regarding your wishes and we can give you an idea if it is possible. We need a longer leading time to process custom style orders. Our finishes are our own designs, so certain color and finish options may need an additional charge.Please contact your local dealer for more information on these special orders.

Q: Sax Trekking cases are included in the packing?
A: Sax Trekking cases are available by separate order, except for Soprano saxophones where they are included.
Q: What is the difference of rolled tone holes between P.Mauriat and other brand?
A: P.Mauriat professional alto and tenor saxophones are also available with rolled tone holes for superior pad fit and resonance ; P.Mauriat tone holes are fully extruded from the brass, unlike other brand's tone holes, which are soldered-on to the body and bell.
